This centrally located condo is just steps from Siesta Key Village and beautiful Siesta Key Beach! Enjoy time with the family by the heated community pool or catch some sun at the beach just 1 block away. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is a great space for you and your family with a king bed in the master room an en-suite bath and two twin beds in the second room with separate bath across the hallway. When entering this condo you are greeted with and open kitchen and living room with tall ceilings. Stairs must be navigated to enter this condo and also once inside as the bedrooms are on a split level.

Kitchen well equipped and pool very nice and mostly quiet. There is a specific neighbor that lurks around pool area and questions your residency (probably not a horrible thing considering spring breakers sometimes take advantage of other properties). Good water pressure in showers, lovely large kitchen with nice island. Has a nice large deck. Offers nice beach towels and chairs. Washer/dryer is always a nice bonus. I’d give the location a 10/10. Very close to beach and right in the village. My cleanliness score is not a 5/5 because although it appeared to be “surface clean” the bathrooms and closet doors need basic small repairs to make you feel better about the price you pay to stay there.

The Good, the bad, and the ugly. Unfortunately, this unit missed the mark. The good... This townhouse has an excellent location. Close to shops & restaurants and only a block from the beach access. It also offers a very nice pool which is well protected from the breeze on windy days. The kitchen was nice and looks like it was recently updated. The management company was very responsive and cooperative. The bad... This unit has been ridden hard and put down wet. It's just very tired and needs a complete refresh. The furnishings look like they came from someone's basement where they were sitting for twenty years looking for someplace to land. Additionally, they are way past their prime. Repairs were done in an unprofessional manner. The unit has a nice deck off the living room which would be great for alfresco dining; but has no table! All in all, this offering has great potential, but us just plain ugly.
