Great location! Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Problems.... no wifi, tv stopped working after 2 days, light in the bathroom worked on and off and no hot water.

The room was exactly as described and pictured, it was a super bright corner room with a beautiful view overlooking the Plaza de Caicedo. The city noises started early and ended late in the evening, but it was usually quiet late at night. The hotel had to ask what laundry I had given to return the correct clothes to me. The staff were always polite. I would stay there again.

Hidden charges and taxes are high here

Hidden charges stay away. I bookedand paid online and the check in process was very difficult. They wanted me to pay again. I explained that I paid already. I do not speak Spanish. I should have. It my losses and left. I only stayed 1 night. The neighborhood is so so. At check out I was basically charged in fees and taxes more than what I paid for the room on the website. I paid but strongly advise staying away from this hotel.

La ubicación está en una zona muy peligrosa, todo el hotel tenia un olor a combustible diesel, llegamos a las 11pm y tuvimos que irnos de ese hotel en una hora ya que las personas conque andaba no soportaron el olor y temieron enfermarse, llame a orbitz inmediatamente para que me ayudaran y por ser esa hora no pudieron hacer nada, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel a esa hora lo cual nos salió muy costoso, espero la respuesta de ustedes para que me reembolsen el dinero que pagamos.
