“I really like this hotel. It is my go hotel when visiting family in Cali. I appreciate their service, staff and location. A coffee shop recently opened under the hotel and i enjoyed coffee there. Only thing i dislike this time around was that i was charged for coffee pods left in the kitchen without indication i had to pay for them. I suggest they add a note next to the pods so people are aware. Other than that, all was great.”

“The hotel is next to the park. In the night a lot of people go to the park to play drums and party. The hotels sound proof facilities are very bad so all the time you can hear people passing by at your door or people talking outside and the drum and party outside is especially annoying. When you go to take breakfast, you need to pass by the toilet which is next to the elevator and next to the breakfast area. And the toilet is very smelly… the worst case what happened was the cleaning lady mixed……

“The reception staff was friendly and helpful, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the employees. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a completely different experience. I honestly cannot understand how a 4-star hotel can have opossum rats living in the roof. The noise and squealing throughout the night were so bad that I couldn’t sleep. What made it even worse was that the ceiling above the shower was open, and I could actually see the animal through the opening. It was……
