“Room dated and had a clogged sink plus gnats biting me all night and a roach that crawled onto a shirt and across my pillows. Washing all clothes from my suitcase, even those unworn, as a result. Basic complaint was cleaning service as rest of the staff was lovely. Took 3 attempts and nearly two hours to have some broken glass from a water bottle cleaned off the floor with stressing that it was urgent since I was with my 16 month old grandson.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Colombia. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The excellent customer service made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. “Aside from the staff and the hotel's stunning views, I DON'T recommend this place at all. Its access is very risky because there is no paved road; it's a narrow, dangerous route with mud and slippery stones. The hotel has a beautiful design, but it is not in the best condition, as some amenities like the pool and jacuzzis sometimes malfunction. The rooms lack air conditioning, which becomes a problem after a day in the heat and pool. They only have an old, noisy fan that makes sleeping……
