“This place is all about the wonderful staff. We felt so welcomed here. The rooms are nice. The pool areas are wonderful - our preference was the garden pool. Breakfast buffet offered a great choice.”

“The night manager who welcomed us in the early hours of 18th July was very helpful and took care of us after the long journey. Pool bar team and food excellent. Restaurant staff were excellent but the food selection was a little disappointing. Transfers to and from the airport booked through Expedia failed to deliver and ruined part of the holiday for us. We were abandoned at the airport on arrival after flight delay and had to book a rental car as huge taxi queue. Then had to return the car……

“Lovely location and nice breakfast. As a corporate hotel it was missing a few of the more considerate gestures. We were only allowed one coffee pod on arrival. No fresh milk provided. Room seemed a little sparse. No air con in the reception which felt very muggy in 80% humidity.”

“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even moving all my unpacked belongings when I decided to extend my stay and needed to move rooms. Lovely pool and near the beach. Loved th3 breakfast buffet with the amazing views.”

“Los Arcos, offers reliable self catering in Ibiza. They unfortunatley after suffering with major construction work/noise next door that over looked our apartment which is active during work days. If you want peace and quiet and plan to stay on site all day, then you need to consider this. For us, it wasn't much of a bother as we were visiting other places during our trip and by dinner time work had stopped. Cooking facilities are limited to a couple of stoves and microwave with medium……

“Vriendelijk personeel. Ik ben hier geweest. Goeie locatie, dichtbij een stadje en gratis parkeren vlakbij. Goed ontbijt en ruime kamer en goeie bedden. Alleen wel gehorige kamers, het zwembadwater was te warm en vrij weinig bedjes. Verder heel fijn hotel.”

“Room food staff amenities all excellent”

“The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza”

“A lovely boutique hotel 5 minutes from the beach. All the hotel team were very helpful and friendly especially Marie-Carmen The food was excellent and our room had a great private terrace. Highly recommended”

“I really liked it alot”

“This is a beautiful and perfect hotel. I came with my daughter and just loved everything about it. Plenty of sunloungers with amazing tunes playing whilst sunbathing. Lovely pool area. Breakfast had everything you could ask for and was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous- suite with sea view. Cannot fault it at all. It takes about 10-15 mins to walk into town but lovely easy walk and much nicer being slightly away from the strip. Don’t hesitate to book!”

“It's in a great location but it's tired. In hidsight I should have booked the 'Royal' option next door which is beautiful.”
