“The night manager who welcomed us in the early hours of 18th July was very helpful and took care of us after the long journey. Pool bar team and food excellent. Restaurant staff were excellent but the food selection was a little disappointing. Transfers to and from the airport booked through Expedia failed to deliver and ruined part of the holiday for us. We were abandoned at the airport on arrival after flight delay and had to book a rental car as huge taxi queue. Then had to return the car……

“One of the best hotels we have stayed at. It has everything anyone could want. The staff are superb. Peppi at breakfast is simply amazing to watch as he organizes everything efficiently and effectively. The hotel is incredibly well laid out with two great swimming pools, one an infinity pool, then steps down to a stunning sandy beach with plenty of cafes and restaurants. There are so many sunbeds you can laze around anywhere at any time of the day. There is simply plenty of everything you could……

“Los Arcos, offers reliable self catering in Ibiza. They unfortunatley after suffering with major construction work/noise next door that over looked our apartment which is active during work days. If you want peace and quiet and plan to stay on site all day, then you need to consider this. For us, it wasn't much of a bother as we were visiting other places during our trip and by dinner time work had stopped. Cooking facilities are limited to a couple of stoves and microwave with medium……

“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even moving all my unpacked belongings when I decided to extend my stay and needed to move rooms. Lovely pool and near the beach. Loved th3 breakfast buffet with the amazing views.”

“All the staff are very nice, high quality service. If you already planned to rent a car in ibiza. It is a great choice to stay in this hotel. They have free and secure parking, also they located at the center of ibiza. You can enjoy a quite countryside atmosphere. Great room, great pool and great peolpe! Recommend to cat lovers, there are 3 cats that also friendly to human.”

First of all, if the hotel is completely non-smoking, this information should be clearly highlighted on the website before booking. Guests should not discover such an important detail only after arrival. We booked and paid for a room with a terrace, but it was extremely small and uncomfortable. We were moved to a larger room of a lower category, yet no refund or price adjustment was……

“Nette kamer op een goeie locatie tegenover de haven. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, zeker Anna. Het ontbijt is ontzettend uitgebreid en luxe. Mogelijkheid tot het nemen van champagne iedere ochtend. Mocht je een hapje in het hotel willen eten: de lunch gerechten zijn heerlijk. Achter het hotel is een parkeerplaats. Verder is het stadje op loopafstand, vijf minuten. Wij vinden dit hotel zeker een aanrader!”
