“The night manager who welcomed us in the early hours of 18th July was very helpful and took care of us after the long journey. Pool bar team and food excellent. Restaurant staff were excellent but the food selection was a little disappointing. Transfers to and from the airport booked through Expedia failed to deliver and ruined part of the holiday for us. We were abandoned at the airport on arrival after flight delay and had to book a rental car as huge taxi queue. Then had to return the car……

“This place is all about the wonderful staff. We felt so welcomed here. The rooms are nice. The pool areas are wonderful - our preference was the garden pool. Breakfast buffet offered a great choice.”

“Los Arcos, offers reliable self catering in Ibiza. They unfortunatley after suffering with major construction work/noise next door that over looked our apartment which is active during work days. If you want peace and quiet and plan to stay on site all day, then you need to consider this. For us, it wasn't much of a bother as we were visiting other places during our trip and by dinner time work had stopped. Cooking facilities are limited to a couple of stoves and microwave with medium……

“All the staff are very nice, high quality service. If you already planned to rent a car in ibiza. It is a great choice to stay in this hotel. They have free and secure parking, also they located at the center of ibiza. You can enjoy a quite countryside atmosphere. Great room, great pool and great peolpe! Recommend to cat lovers, there are 3 cats that also friendly to human.”

“One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone. First of all, if the hotel is completely non-smoking, this information should be clearly highlighted on the website before booking. Guests should not discover such an important detail only after arrival. We booked and paid for a room with a terrace, but it was extremely small and uncomfortable. We were moved to a larger room of a lower category, yet no refund or price adjustment was……

“Vriendelijk personeel. Ik ben hier geweest. Goeie locatie, dichtbij een stadje en gratis parkeren vlakbij. Goed ontbijt en ruime kamer en goeie bedden. Alleen wel gehorige kamers, het zwembadwater was te warm en vrij weinig bedjes. Verder heel fijn hotel.”

“The hotel is nice yet a little tired in places. Some decor in our room was in need of attention. Peeling wallpaper on bathroom ceiling for example. The pool looked quite dirty and in need of a good clean out. Sorry tlles and some bits floating around. The biggest issue is not having use of a sunbed at the hotel without paying a huge fee. It counts towards food and drink spent that day, but this is just not how a hotel should be. We felt conned frankly. Why pay for a hotel with pool etc and then……

“This is a beautiful and perfect hotel. I came with my daughter and just loved everything about it. Plenty of sunloungers with amazing tunes playing whilst sunbathing. Lovely pool area. Breakfast had everything you could ask for and was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous- suite with sea view. Cannot fault it at all. It takes about 10-15 mins to walk into town but lovely easy walk and much nicer being slightly away from the strip. Don’t hesitate to book!”
