“Everything went well with our stay. Some suggestions... The smell when you walk in was an over powering fabuloso scent, maybe use more of a bleach clean smell. The room did smell a little musty like old wet pool clothes. Possibly the carpet, maybe LVP for the floors.”

“This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.”

“The front desk staff were fine although when I arrived there was no one at the desk to greet me and check me in, I had to search for someone and was then told to wait. So wait I did. Although a breakfast was offered, there was no flavored creamer for coffee, its the only thing I look forward to is my coffee and having no flavored creamer as an option was disappointing. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the pillows a bit to full and not soft. The A/C was hard to adjust and the room……
