It's a charming house in a great location. Friendly and responsive host, and you will have everything you need. Great lawn for the dog as well.

Home away from Home

Overall it was a great trip despite a minor setback with the WiFi before our arrival there was a bit of storm so it knocked out the WiFi so we couldn’t make any calls or do anything with out the use of it until the next day around midday but generally it was a wonderful weekend the property had a huge pool and also a hot tub that was a plus we bought our own stuff for grilling since it was a 4th of July weekend so we didn’t need to go dining great location for bird watching if you’re into that stuff especially the bald eagles,kayaking on the Delaware River is a must the host was very responsive to our needs easily reachable the property had everything so you felt right at home .

We loved this house. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and the bedrooms and furniture couldn't have been more comfortable. The professional kitchen is extremely well appointed with lovely dishes and glassware and every kind of equipment you might need to cook for a crowd or just yourself. The host offered numerous small thoughtful touches like leaving us some freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and bottled water next to the beds. And there were spa robes and many towels available. It's an old house so it only has one full bath which might be a problem for a large group but was fine for us. And when the weather got up into the 90s it got a little hot in the house. (The pool really helped with that!)One of our favorite amenities, which came as a big surprise, was that it has a fully fenced-in yard which made the stay so nice for our Belgian Malinois who loved being free to run around while we were on the deck and in the pool. This was a wonderful vacation for us. We will book again if it's available next year.

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered when renting a property. Besides being so filthy and all the claws having stains the towels having stains the backyard was horrendous on top of the pool, such big bugs inside of it. Every bedroom was dirty, dusty spiderwebs the kitchen same. After driving three hours there we left the property that's how bad it was and drove three hours back home. We contacted the host which apologizing and said to start the dispute when we contact VRBO they did not help much so I had to go through my financial to dispute this stay.
