The staff are so friendly and polite and make your stay easy. You need a car or taxis if you want to venture out. But the hotel is perfect to completely switch off from the outside world. “渡假村的環境規劃很不錯，我們當日沒特別計畫時，會帶著手機在渡假村內各角落閒晃拍照，或是玩附設的水上設施，然後慵懶地躺在沙灘躺椅上。 服務員都很熱情且親切，當我們提出需求時能很快被滿足，甚至我們因班機時間的關係提早到達，也協助我們盡快入住，並由會說中文的人員為我們介紹環境。 渡假村有自己的專屬app，上面會列出最近將要舉辦的活動，成人或小孩都有，不用擔心在渡假村會無聊。 早餐是buffet形式，選擇很多也都很好吃，但缺點是有時候蜜蜂會在身邊飛，有時會看到鳥站在沒蓋著布的麵包上。午餐的餐廳我們吃過4間都很推薦，但也都不便宜。”
