The flat, on the 5th floor of the building with lift, has a living room with glazed terrace which is integrated as a dining area, a bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. It also has a kitchen equipped with washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob, grill, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, satellite TV, free WiFi and hairdryer. There is no air-conditioning, only fans.



The flat has a large closed garage, about 200 m from the flat, so that you can also reach the flat comfortably by car or rental car.

The price includes the cleaning, towels, sheets, parking and Wi-Fi.

The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 9:30 to 11:00.

An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays.

If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.

A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.

Electricity consumption is included in the price (10KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW.

A credit card deposit of € 400,00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
