El Tosal: Cosy, comfortable house "Amber", 2 storeys. In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Calpe, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 1.4 km from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach. Private: property 645 m2 (fenced), garden (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: WiFi. Roofed, parking at the house. Grocery 1.7 km, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bar 1.4 km, bus stop "Parada Bus" 1.1 km, sandy beach "1400", rocky beach "1400". Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Ein Familienurlaub

Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt in der Villa in Ordnung. Der Aussenbereich ist perfekt. Hervorzuheben ist der Pool. Der Innenbereichen ist ziemlich abgewohnt. Hervorzuheben sind hier die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern und die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern. Was erheblich gestört hat und mich davon abhält, das Haus noch einmal zu mieten, ist die Mückenplage. Das Restwasser in dem zerstörten Pool des ruinösen Nachbargrundstücks ist eine wahre Brutstätte für Mücken. Man braucht Mückenschutz!

El jardín y la piscina es lo mejor. Entran 3 coches medianos en el parking. Hay mucho menaje en la cocina, por lo que no echamos en falta nada. Sin embargo, no tiene horno. Los colchones, especialmente los de la planta de abajo, están para tirar y comprar nuevos. La atención del personal excelente, pudimos entrar unas horas antes. También la limpieza muy bien.

W obiekcie nie działała zmywarka w kuchni, brak piekarnika ,brak czajników elektrycznych ,nie odbierała TV satelitarna .W sypialniach brak łóżek podwójnych . Na dworze nie dało się dłużej posiedzieć, ponieważ było multum komarów .

POLECAMY !!! Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, byliśmy grupą 10 os, wszyscy mile zaskoczeni stanem faktycznym. Willa fajna, czysta, bardzo dobrze zaopatrzona, praktycznie niczego nam nie brakowało. Super spędziliśmy całe dwa tyg. Podziękowania dla Pani XXX z biura w Warszawie i dla osób z biura w Calpe, Fantastyczna pomoc i obsługa, pełen profesjonalizm. Pozdrawiamy :)

Wonderful villa fantastic location

We were a party of 8 ladies who found the villa ideal for our needs. The pool was fantastic within the gated very secure garden. The supermarkets were within walking distance and a 20min walk to the sea. However I would point out to potential Guests wholly reliant on the self catering, that there is no ovens within either kitchen, microwave, hob & bbq are available. Some of the furniture was possibly past its best but the beds were very comfortable.

Great spacious villa

Excellent space, marvellous pool and outdoor area. Beds comfortable and ample bathrooms. Location great all,things within walking distance. Couple of things that I would suggest. As we arrived late a welcome pack (tea,coffee, water) would have been most welcome, even if offered at an additional cost. There was a lack of local information (taxi numbers, nearest shop, local map, where to dispose of rubbish) again only a suggestion. I would point out to future guests that there are no cooking ovens in either kitchen, only a hop and microwave. BBQ available. While this was not an issue for our party it could be for groups who depended on self catering. As we collected the keys from deposit box at the office in calpe (easy to find) it was difficult when presented with numerous keys to work out what keys gave access to what, if the keys were colour coded this could help future travellers. We did have an issue with some of the seating (collapsed while in use). I would think due to heat and age it should be checked out to avoid any future incidents. Despite the minor issues I would recommend this villa to other travellers.

Super villa toute équipée

Parfaite pour deux familles. L’étage et le RDC sont indépendants et tout le monde peut disposer de son espace pour dormir avec sa propre SDB. La piscine est superbe et la localisation fantatistique (vue mer et proche centre) tout en étant dans un espace calme.

Muy buena estancia

Estuvimos en el mes de julio, cinco adultos y cinco niños. Lo mejor de todo la piscina, cuidada con esmero por su responsable, a quien conocí únicamente el último día. Mucha discreción y respeto por su parte, pues no nos molestó en absoluto. La planta de arriba solo la utilizamos para dormir, pero está igual de equipada que la de abajo. Mobiliario un poco antiguo y deteriorado en algún caso. Lo peor de nuestra estancia, aunque no es responsabilidad del alojamiento, fueron los picotazos de los mosquitos y diferentes bichos. Recomendable ir preparado con lociones anti-mosquitos. Tuvimos que ir incluso al centro de salud con los niños, por la magnitud de la inflamación de las picaduras.
