「Studio was a bed in a kitchen. The bathroom was down a long, steep flight of stairs without a handrail which we thought was unsafe and certainly not appropriate for elderly or infirm guests. There was no mention of this in the accommodation detail. The host, checkin and checkout were fine and the room clean and well-equipped so stay was satisfactory.」

「The property itself is nice and offers beautiful views. However, access can be challenging, as it is not reachable by car unless you have a very small vehicle. There is no public parking available on-site, as spaces below are generally occupied, and the nearest parking is approximately 0.4 miles away. With luggage and steep inclines, this can be difficult (especially for older guests). The rooms were comfortable, but the first-floor bathroom, particularly the shower, is in need of renovation....
