“The villa is in need of a refurbishment, nothing would appear to have been done since construction in about the 1990s. The layout was unconventional with the kitchen effectively spread over 3 rooms. The basement Beer Keller was a weird vibe. The A/C worked in the rooms we were using, but not in the 3rd bedroom. The bath tap didn’t work, so the bath had to be with the shower hose. The linen was clean but old, and the pillows old and hard ( we improvised with cushions from the living room). ……

“Hans was a wonderful host, he picked us up (and dropped us back) to the airport and talked us through everything once we reached the property. His little home had everything you could possibly need and was just a few minutes from the supermarket, 5 mins to a great bar just round the corner and about 10 minute walk to the seafront. The pool was a godsend for a cooling off with the few days of hot temperatures we had whilst there. Bed was very comfortable and place was clean.It was a perfectly……

“Great for anyone looking to be close to the beach and with an interest in golf. Parking at the property a plus. Well equipped kitchen and good supply of bedding and towels. We rented knowing we would be away from the house most of each of the days, the trip was more business than leisure. As such, it was more around cooking a quick meal some evenings and having somewhere to shower/sleep, rather than relaxing and enjoying all the facilities the resort had to offer.”
