"This hotel was wonderful. We travelled with our 3 year old and stayed in a suite. It came complete with a kitchenette, two beautifully comfortable beds and a good bathroom with a shower. The view was amazing of the Empire State Building and peaceful nights were had! The hotel staff were insanely helpful and breakfast was full of choices and variety. We couldn’t have asked for more! "I stayed for a single night as a solo traveler. I was able to check-in early, which was incredibly kind and convenient. The kind front desk employee was very gracious and went above and beyond to allow me to do so. She called housekeeping to see if they had a room finished for me, and went the extra mile. I appreciate this level of care and customer service. I used the shuttle to get to the airport and that was so convenient and left promptly as scheduled. My room was clean, spacious and well equipped. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you"
