「- just 2mins walk to the beach, great location - 2 pools in the hotel-one for adults and one for family. Both of them are nice - a lot of choices for breakfast, but better to have it before 9.30am otherwise outdoor seats are full - the room is large, bathroom is perfect - friendly and helpful staffs, they helped us to print our boarding pass for free」

「Great」

「I enjoyed the hotel - the room was nice, amenities were good and the overall experience was pretty good」

「The Donna Portals was the best place for us to have picked for our honeymoon. This property is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and in the perfect location. We loved our room, the amenities, the stunning beach and all the wonderful hotel staff. Everything was extremely well maintained and service was great! Book this hotel I promise you will not regret it!」

「我们在这个酒店度过了美好的三个晚上。他们有热情洋溢的员工，提供非常棒的早餐。我们还在酒店吃了两顿晚餐，非常美味。」

「Todo muy bien」

「We really wanted to like this hotel, but we felt the service was severely lacking for this price point, especially as it bills itself as a 5 star hotel. We were rather surprised given all the good reviews we’ve read for the property. Our coffee pods were never refilled during our stay, instead we had to walk down to reception ourselves to get them each day. The housekeeping staff was rather rude, and the front desk seemed somewhat annoyed whenever we had an extra request.」

「Breakfast was of poor quality」

「El hotel está divino, pero la atención está en otro nivel. Diría que es el hotel que mejor atienden de Europa. El personal de todo el hotel está volcado para que el cliente esté cómodo y contento.」
