Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit nur beim Essen brauch man Geduld es ist gut aber es dauert durch das wenige Personal sehr lange. Es gibt Tennis (alt der gut) Billard Tischtennis einen Superpool (sehr guter Zustand) und auch Billard. Es sind 5min zum Strand welcher Super ist」

「Familie Neumann, was sollen wir dazu sagen einfach nur MEGA!!! Extrem freundlich immer erreichbar, jeder Zeit Hilfsbereit und alle Wünsche wurden sofort versucht zu erfüllen. Ja das taten Sie dann tatsächlich. Wer keine überfüllten Hotelbunker mit hunderten Touristen braucht, ist in dieser FEWO perfekt aufgehoben. Auch der Pool war in der Haupsaison, fast immer leer und sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen wieder! Wir freuen uns daruf! Wir können einfach nur Danke sagen! Bis bald :-)」

「Great location on the hill with a beautiful view of the river from the back veranda. It is a short walk down to the Cala Galdana beach. There are lots of places around to eat as well as easy access to the water taxis in the marina. Communication was great with the host and our vacation ran very smoothly.」

「Generous 3 bed apartment, just a 5 min walk from the town. Good views of the harbour entrance. Sunny balcony in the morning. Good parking immediately outside on a quiet road. It was clean and tidy and the beds fairly comfortable. The decor ahd furniture was a bit dated. Whilst we didn't want a very lively resort, we found Fornells maybe a bit too quiet when we visited in May. I think a car would be essential.」

「The apartment is large, spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly want is supplied. It has 2 terraces with sunbeds and ccomfortablefur furniture. The view is magnificent. Arenal is charming with great restaurants and one of the best beaches on the island. Loved it.」

「This property could do with a major makeover especially the bathroom which is not fit for purpose. The kitchen cleanliness was not the best, one of the plates was dirty. The property also needed more airing as there was a damp smell on arrival. When raising the above with 3Villas, they did move us within 24 hours to more suitable accommodation for which we were very appreciative for their swift action.」

「Perfect location and lovely views. Small complex which wasn’t to busy in September . Large balcony . The apartment was fine. You will need to buy everything as nothing supplied at all. Water would have been a nice touch and maybe some soap . Things to improve . Mattresses so hard. Would stay here again as very reasonable if mattresses replaced. Plenty of places to eat and bus route very close.」
