This typical vacation home is part of a complex with communal pool, born from the restoration of an ancient monastery in the green countryside of Versilia, about 12 km from the beaches. Thanks to its good location you can easily reach the most famous seaside resorts of the region: Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore and Marina di Pietrasanta. The vacation home is located on the edge of the complex and on an exclusive 130 m² plot. For the exclusive use of guests is a beautiful private space opposite the house, equipped for outdoor dining. Location: Camaiore 3 km (stores of all kinds), the beaches of Lido di Camaiore 12 km, Pietrasanta 12 km, Viareggio 13 km, Lucca 25 km, Pisa (airport) 35 km, Florence 100 km. Arrival after 8 pm against payment.

Pas terrible

Il n’était pas précisé qu’il fallait payer en plus l’eau le gaz et l’électricité(6fois plus cher que le kwh moyen en Italie ) qu’il fallait montrer 38 marches en pierre pour accéder à la maison . Équipement ménager très insuffisant. Très éloigné de tout. C’est vraiment très moyen impossible de se déplacer sans voiture même pour les bons marcheurs.

Bad Road too steep to go with our car, we almost burned the friction plate of our car.

It's a beautiful rentalhouse with an amazing panoramic view. Isabelle our contact person is a very nice lady but don 't speek english very well. The road to go to the rentalhouse is too steep and too small. We had big problems with our car. So a parking space below would be a better option and help in another way to get your luggage to the rental house.
