Camaiore heaven

We had 4 weeks at this delightful house - up 5 tight switchbacks - with a view if the town and a bit of the sea. The pool was perfect for escaping the heatwave, and the location was central to all our jaunts, and close to the Pisa airport.

A great place to stay when in Camaiore

We were a family of 6 that spent 5 days in this beautiful house - and everything was perfect! It was so clean and comfortable. And we really enjoyed the gorgeous space outside; the two pools, the barbeque and the outside pizza-oven gave us some beautiful evenings together. And last but not least, we received absolutely fantastic service from the hosts! We can really recommend everyone to stay here!

Nous avons passé 10 nuits superbes dans cette maison et on n'hésiterait pas à y retourner à l'avenir. Gabriele était extrêmement sympathique et disponible. La situation est aussi excellente (si on a une bonne voiture!) pour découvrir la région. Vivement recommandée!

Oase der Ruhe

Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien. Die unmittelbare Nähe der Pools zum Haus entspannt sehr wenn man Kinder dabei hat. Den Whirlpool haben wir als Plantschbecken für unseren kleinen nutzen können. Das Haus selbst, ist einfach urgemütlich. Es hat mal wieder richtig Spaß gemacht am Gasherd zu kochen und den schönen Kräutergarten nutzen zu können. Eigentlich möchte ich nicht Zuviel verraten, denn das schönste an einem Urlaub sind ja auch die kleinen netten Überraschungen die uns erwarten. Wer die Natur liebt und dennoch ein wenig Luxus möchte, ist dort genau richtig. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und das Engagement. Sie sind eine fantastische Familie. Sandra

Super Urlaub!

die Vermieter waren sehr hilfreich und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr schön, alles sauber, große Terasse mit großen Pool, und einem tollen Ausblick. Die Umgebung ist auch wunderschön. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne wieder! Viele Grüße aus dem Frankenland und aus Berlin.

wunderschöne Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Alles war perfekt. Gerne würden wir hier wieder Urlaub machen. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa, und zum Meer. Auch der Pool war sehr sauber, zum Schwimmen geeignet und die Wassertemperatur angenehm. Aussicht traumhaft!

Hier hat einfach alles perfekt gepasst! Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön hergerichtet - mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles sehr sehr sauber (Geschirr, Wäsche, Räume, Bäder). Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft - da Meer ist auch zu sehen (Fahrtzeit bis zum Meer rund 15 Minuten). Die Straße zum Haus ist ziemlich steil - aber gut zu befahren. Die Vermieterin und ihre Söhne sind super nett und hilfsbereit und bei einem kleinen Problem auch erreichbar und haben direkt für Abhilfe gesorgt. Also wirklich sehr sehr empfehlenswert!

Wat een geweldig huis. En de locatie is geweldig. Een prachtig zwembad met een groots uizicht. Het huis is prachtig. Heerlijke bedden en alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook de keuken is prima met een heerlijke oven. Wat wij geweldig vonden was de buitenoven. Heerlijke pizza’s. We hebben genoten van alles wat dit huis te bieden heeft.

Beautiful, peaceful villa with helpful owner

This villa is a real gem and we were very lucky to find it. By far the best villa I have stayed in with beautiful views, peaceful location up in the hills with a great view over Camaiore. Air con in all rooms plus additional fridge/freezer and laundry room and the piece du resistance a beautiful lit pool with waterfall and jaccuzzi which gave us some great memories chilling in the hot summer evenings listening to the cicadas and enjoying the great Italian wines :) What made it extra special however was the owner, Donatella, who was wonderfully attentive, responded immediately to emails, always happy to help and rescued us by arranging for us to get to the airport on the final day of our holiday. (Our thanks to her and son Gabriele) Camaiore has good restaurants and there is a huge well stocked supermarket in Lido di Camaiore. If there was one thing I would change it would be the drive up to the villa which is very steep with a few tricky bends. If you have a small hire car or 4x4 there will be no problem but our 7 seater auto Seat could not make it around the bends so we had to park at the bottom of the Hill. So in summary, choose your hire car carefully and please come and stay in this villa. It is perfect!
