Wonderful stay

Family of four stayed for nine nights. The property was just what we had hoped for. Spacious in good sized grounds. Well furnished with three patio / seating areas for if you wanted sun or shade. Super swimming pool. It is quite small but is a proper pool (not above ground) with plentiful supply of chairs / loungers / sun umbrellas. Ground floor has living space kitchen & dining table. Middle floor (with entrance from higher ground) has bedroom plus shower room. Top floor twin bedroom & bunk bedroom plus another shower room. No air on or fans but we found them unnecessary as breeze through shutters / fly nets given spacious property. Also really loved the wood burning pizza oven. Up a windy road but with own parking. Attached to row of houses but has privacy and pool is for house only. We all loved our stay. Thank you.

Gut zum Abschalten

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem verkehrsgünstig zu den Stränden und nach Lucca. Das Haus ist toll renoviert und im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet. Kleinigkeiten, wie Müllbeutel, Maschinetabs usw., sind vorhanden. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unser Hund war willkommen und konnte sich frei bewegen, obwohl das Grundstück nicht komplett eingezäunt ist. Einzig die Moskitos sind etwas lästig. Deshalb auf jeden Fall Schutz dagegen mitbringen.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Im Haus hat es an wirklich nichts gefehlt. Von Küchenaustattung, Grill bis Antimückenspiralen alles vorhanden. Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Alles sehr sauber. Pool perfekt. Überdachte Terrasse. Zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheit unten. Pizza-Ofen unbedingt ausprobieren. Vermieterin sehr nett. Matratze im 1. Stock sehr sehr hart. Haus nicht alleinstehend. Eltern der Vermieterin wohnen direkt daneben.

Das Haus ist im typisch toskanischen Stil in einer typisch schönen toskanischen Berglandschaft geleg

Sehr schöne Aussenanlage in Hanglage.Der Pool steht von morgens bis abends im Sonnenlicht.Angenehm auch die warme Dusche direkt am Pool.Der Pizzaofen ist ein Highlight...allerdings braucht er einige Zeit auf Temperatur zu kommen.Die Zimmer im Haus sind auf drei Etagen verteilt.Ein Minuspunkt ist die harte Matraze im Schlafzimmer des 2.Stocks.Alles in einem sauber und nicht zu voll geräumt..
