“房間乾淨，安靜，交通尚方便，離車站尚近，附近有7-11。早餐豐富，但因住五天，感覺菜色沒有變化。”

“Besides poor sound insulation,Everything is just great, If you can stand on some noise from next door, Melbourne city Grand Hyatt is never wrong.”

“乾淨舒適”

“The room was clean and very spacious. My stay was for one night so the close proximity to MCC was great.”

“The location of the hotel was not really that convenient unless you wanted to be in the South Quay area. We arrived after mid night and the area airing the hotel was very quiet and next to a large flyover. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. I didn’t particularly like the industrial vibe of the hotel but each to their own!!”

“A nice place. Needs more maintenance.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point. I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic. The basement games area was also poorly maintained. The pool table was missing the black ball, and only one pool cue was usable, the rest were broken. To make matters worse,……

“客房清潔和職員十分有善，洒店地方位置容易找到，早餐美味。”

“Great Value for the price, location and room size.”

“地理位置好方便，都算乾淨 唯一美中不足係廁所個淋浴水好弱”

“The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram station just right in front of the main entrance. Lots of dining choices within 5 minutes walking distance. The overall maintenance of the premises is good, the high-speed WiFi service is unbeatable. The only two complaints are perhaps the (a bit) unstable supply of hot shower water, and the reading light in the master bed room couldn’t be fixed due to lack of spare parts. But in sum, a nice stay with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff.”

“有一天房間整理，竟然只整理了一半，枕頭完全沒有放回去床上。”

“員工好helpful，不過間房太暗， 只得一個垃圾桶”

“The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.”

“Ottie's餐廳 男主管熱心用心接待服務、主廚用心料理的魚、蟹肉燉飯、牛排超級細緻好吃”
