“Hotel nothing like advertised . .no castle front just boring glass. No shop, no information board, staff no knowledge of local area, pushed their own taxi at10 dollars (approx 530 peso) to cathedral, uber was 97 peso. Restaurant staff reluctant to refill breakfast favourites, other meals pleasant but overpriced. There is nothing in this area for holiday makers, an hour walk to the colonial area, local beach and surrounds filthy.”

“C'est notre coup de coeur en République Dominicaine. C'est un vrai havre de paix. C'est un morceau de paradis. Nous étions (presque) seuls dans la résidence avec un autre couple. Rien à voir avec les resorts autour de Punta Cana ou ailleurs... La vous avez un vrai bungalow en dur rien que pour vous, une piscine si vous n'aimez pas vous baigné dans la mer. La nuit vous vous endormez avec le bruit des vagues. Un petit déjeuner très correct vous est servi le lendemain matin. Notre seul regret:……

“The rooms and the property are really pretty mediocre. Marriott and Aloft are connected, rooms must be pretty similar. Staff are friendly. Place seems more suited as a local convention center. Restaurants with 0 ambience. Bizarre, sterile rooms without any decoration. Feels like it was built in a hurry in 2 weeks by a Punta Cana construction company. Building is too high for this country; not sure if I would want to be inside if there were an earthquake.... I have also stayed in Courtyard Naco……

“If you are a No Frills, no amenities type of traveler then this place is fine. Expected Internet And it was out for More than 24 hours. We expected a fitness room And there Was none. My room got overlooked and was not cleaned. On one day one the jacuzu was not available. When it became available the following day the water was cold - never heated up. Service was Okay but building was definitely lacking. it was an accident waiting to happen with Loose railings, and Things that did not look safe.……

“Hotel installation were great. Location is beyond perfect near to the must spectacular restaurant but besides doing check in on time room wasn’t ready and got to wait over an hour after a long day road trip. Hope they get more accurate about check in and providing guess room access. ”
