Sit back on the deck and enjoy the beautiful views of Moonstone Beach. Only a short walk to the sand for morning meditation, or a sunset stroll. This is a great spot for those who would rather walk than drive on their vacation, conveniently located between Cambria's West Village and Moonstone Beach. Come into town for some local art, dining and shopping. Bring your dog along, Cambria is very dog-friendly, and yours will love sunning on the wraparound deck, the single level spaciousness, and other creature comforts. There is WiFi, DVD/CD player. Ocean Views from almost every room, new carpet, a new Crate and Barrel high-top table with 4 chairs, a Gas BBQ for the perfect BBQ, private and quiet. Appropriately named, this is a cool house, with a really cool view!! Single level, short walk to Moonstone Beach or West Village, spectacular ocean views, deck, washer / dryer, 55 inch TV over the fireplace in livingroom, Tv in the master bedroom, VCR, WiFi Internet, gas BBQ, wood burning fireplace and garage. We will definitely be renting this house again! The photos accurately show the property. The house and garage were absolutely spotless. No joke...super clean. The sofas in the living room were very comfortable, as were the beds. The kitchen was well stocked and nice to work in.Great views, excellent location right near the main street. The neighborhood is really lovely and super quiet, we never even heard our neighbors. You do hear the cars driving by on Highway 1 right below the house, but that did not bother us at all. You can hear the ocean clearly, which was really lovely!It was perfect for my elderly mother and me and our Golden Retriever. The only thing we had trouble with was turning on the cable in the TV in the living room. We could watch the DVD's we brought, but could not understand the instructions on how to turn the cable on....but that could just be us! But not a big deal, as we really weren't there to watch the telly! The TV in the larger bedroom was easy to turn on.For any folks bringing your dog, it should be noted that the deck off the back of the house is gated and secure for a dog, but the bottom garden part of the property is open to the residential street. But not a problem as we didn't let our dog outside without being leashed. There is also a fantastic beach about 4 miles north at Pico Creek that we took our dog to every day and it was heaven!We will be back!

Space was exactly as shared. We loved hearing the ocean each night. It’s near a street that can be busy but this did not bother us. Neighbor across the street was warm and welcoming. Loved the garden and location was wonderful.

Great stay. The plaçe was spacious and has all amenities like. Full kitchen washing machine etc. Location was great also. No regrets whatsoever. I would note that the tvs need work to connect to Internet but not very important.

Absolutely loved this house. The deck looking at the ocean and the open windows in the living room made it the perfect place to not want to leave. 5min walk to moonstone beach was everything that we were looking for. Will be looking to stay here again for sure.

Peaceful escape from LA

We were very happy with our stay this year in Cambria. The house was clean, the kitchen recently remodeled, the layout perfect, and the view and sound of the waves at night just so relaxing and restorative. We also loved the neighborhood and closeness to the east village. We will return soon.

Great getaway

1st time renting a house. Have stayed on moonstone a dozen times in different hotels but this was the best with plenty of room , 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and a great view from the back patio

Last Family Trip

The property was nearly perfect for what will be my dad’s last trip to the coast, kitchen was well equipped to cook a stellar meal, check in was seamless, the views are truly stunning all day, I also appreciate the succulence and native birds it attracts, as well as its closeness to downtown Cambria. Only minor complaint is that the living room couch and chairs aren’t very comfortable

As advertised!

Beautiful! The home is in perfect proximity to the ocean and town. Loved the beautiful sunsets from the deck..and only 3 blocks from moonstone boardwalk. The fireplace was amazing..hearing the ocean as we slept was zen...i loved the open living room, all windows towards the ocean was an amazing sight to see every evening and morning..this place was perfect in my book..i would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone....but just one tiny negative...the shower heads are meant for people 4 ft and under..lol..had such a hard time washing my hair. .please adjust the shower heads! Thanks!

The location was great because it was walking distance to town and moonstone beach my only two places that I wanted to spend time. The only drawback would be the traffic from the freeway because it drowns out the ocean sounds.

Great house, excellent location

We loved the house with the mid century style and a great view of Moonstone Beach. It was well laid out, on a nice quiet street a very short (2-3 min drive) to either downtown or across the 1 to the beach. Nice deck as well. Highly recommend Madeline's and the Sea Chest for dinner nearby and the Cafe On Bridge St. has great sandwiches, especially the hot pastrami. Appreciated the smart tv in the house to use your apps, could use same in bedroom which did have cable.
