「Really convenient place to stay in Central Cambridge - and a completely different experience to a hotel. I was solo female tand felt safe in this location. The room was as described, clean and exactly what I needed for an overnight stay. The bed was comfy too! The head Porter who welcomed me was really friendly and explained everything to me very well - breakfast was great too. 「Lovely new apartments. Quiet and a good view. Beds were comfy and bathrooms lovely and the kitchen well equipped. The need for key fobs to go thru every door was somewhat tiresome and a bit surreal. The concierge who carry out the check in for these apartments were helpful. I was somewhat disappointed as there was no hairdryer in the apartment. After a long hold on the phone I was told the housekeeper would bring one Saturday morning (we were going to a wedding) but it never materialised....

「room too small, couldn’t get out of one side of bed. multiple trendy appliances connected to power boards. TV not working. host bought new tv and spent ages. trying unsuccessfully to connect it. Microwave had to be replaced. location disappointing, with no shops or cafes nearby. host very pleasant, but feel she is not well prepared.」
