Pros: great location on beach, comfortable king bed, working TVs, washer and dryer, pet friendly!Cons: pet fee requirement wasn’t listed on website, AC was broken and house got up to 83degs, strong septic smell in house (we didn’t do any loads of laundry), and had to wash utensils and clean out/soak whole coffee machine before they were usable. 」

「This was a fantastic place for our family vacation! The property was very clean and updated with nice interior. We loved it because the lot was located directly on the water with a canal and spot to dock our boat. We went out in our boat and explored the area, went fishing and swimming. There are good restaurants, wineries and the beaches of the outer banks are close by. Enjoyed being on the water here sunrise and sunset. We will be coming back to stay here again!」
