「Requested pet friendly room. Received msg the day before requesting i ensure I selected pet friendly room. I responded to verify, no response. We were driving in from 14 hrs away. I call in route, was given the wrong reservation information and told no room for the night at all. Got that resolved. Get to hotel, lots of people just hanging out in parking lot and vehicles to smoke. 「The pool was not open or the restaurant and bar! The place was still under renovation. At breakfast they had only scrambled eggs! Sausage gravy but no biscuits! No breakfast meat at all! They said it’ll be a year before the restaurant/ bar would be opened! The room was nice but the air conditioning was very noisy and the tub drained very slowly.」

「When I arrived the key would not work, once I got a new one I walked in and the walls in the bathroom were not painted,the wallpaper had been removed. There were holes in the wall. A can of roach killer spray was outside the office door. I stayed for 10 minutes and returned my key and went home. I'll never recommend this motel at all. Please don't go. I was afraid of getting bed bugs or having roaches all over me.」

「Clean room however it did have a musty smell upon entering. The lady who was on site introduced herself and was very friendly. The view of lake was pretty. Overall a nice quiet place with plenty of space in the room.」

「First time I have had jazz tub it was great. Couldn't Believed How my ankle didn't hurt so much. The only problem for me was nothing to hang on to coming from outside. You really had to watch your feet.Thanks for Lori help me」
