Camino de Ronda hotels in Granada

"Nice hotel in a great location. We initially stayed in room 204, which was large and had a great view of the Cathedral. Really good sound proofing as well. Unfortunately there was an electrical/technical problem that caused the WIFI, TV, AC/heat, and in-room phone not to work. We brought it to their attention after the first night and they moved us to a different room. We appreciated it, but definitely not convenient for a 2-night stay. Apart from this, we thought we would take advantage of the steam room and sauna, but the steam room was not working and after seeing a lot of black mold on the ceiling of this downstairs space, we definitely did not want to use the sauna as well. Again, really pretty hotel with great staff, but there are areas for improvement."

"Lovely stay. Hotel in a great location. Lots of small restaurants in the street and it is close to all the main attractions. Room always clean and big enough for two people. Great modern bathroom with large walk in shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. "

"This hotel is in a fantastic location and has the bones and decor to create a wonderful experience. Sadly, the cold and stiff staff at reception brought the experience down quite a bit. The receptionist did the bare minimum and was generally uninterested in helping us when we asked about local sites and the city tour tram. In fact, they didn't even know the name of the city tour tram company or how to get tickets despite it being directly across from the hotel. In contrast, the young lady who served breakfast in the morning was quite nice. And proactively helpful. What made things worse was that the room was very noisy /wasn't soundproof. We heard all of the noise from the street all night. In addition as many have cited there is no AC for cold air. So if you come during spring summer, or fall, make sure you're OK with absolutely no AC because there's only a heater."

"A great location, our room even had a super view of the Alhambra. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, looking after our baggage until we left in the late afternoon. The hotel itself was very quaint and historic but showing some signs of needing a little bit of restoration. Overall a brilliant choice for a stay in Granada and really good value for money. "
