Awesome Stay

Everything was outstanding - the staff, the apartment, amenities and location. It made our stay in Granada worry-free and pleasant. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Very modern and high tech apartment hotel

We like the property a lot. Very new, modern and high tech and eco friendly. It is in the city centre and 2 minutes walk to El Corte Ingles, a commercial centre but 15-20 minutes walk to Alhambra and old town. We really enjoyed and relax our stay there. It is equipped with all what we needed in the apartment. I wish they are also present outside of Andalucia.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best!

La habitacion era espaciosa y con buen standar pero con puntos mejorables (como casi siempre). El personal no lo hemos visto ninguna vez. Lo horrible fue rellenar todos los datos en casa, para tener que repetirlo en la pantalla de la entrada y que luego se cuelgue el sistema y no haya nada mas que hacer que ir al hotel Luna a resolverlo (donde el personal era muy amable).

El cheking es un desastre. Dan ganas de irse. Muy complicado para meter datos. Tú e que llamar por teléfono porque no me habían preparado la habitación para cuatro y eran las 17:00 de la tarde. Como positivo decir que es una pasada la comodidad y el estudio en general.

Pésimo servicio

Al llegar tuvimos que hacer autocheck-in mi marido y yo. Al no hacerlo a los dos niños tuvimos que empezar de nuevo, con los cuatro, todos los DNI, fotografiarnos... y al final para nada, tuvimos que darle al botón de comunicación con recepción. Nos hicieron ir a recepción del hotel que está en otra calle. Llegamos por fin a la puerta del apartamento y el PIN no funcionaba. Llamamos mil veces y nadie lo cogía. Tuvimos que bajar de nuevo a la máquina de autockeck-in para hablar con recepción. Por fin pudimos entrar. A la hora de ducharnos faltaba una cuarta toalla pero nos apañamos con las que ya habíamos usado. Cuando abrimos una de las camas para los niños no tenía sábanas. Llamamos mil veces a recepción y nadie lo cogía. Tuvimos que volver a bajar a la máquina de autocheck-in para comunicarnos con recepción y pedir unas sábanas... la verdad que el servicio deja bastante que desear... A la hora de dormir, los vecinos de alguno de los apartamentos tenían la música muy fuerte durante bastante rato. Nos quedamos dormidos porque estábamos cansados.

No es la primera vez que nos alojamos aqui, la primera vez volvimos encantados. Pero en esta ocasion no del todo. La habitacion que nos dieron era la T003, desconociamos de los ventanucos dd la parte superior que dan a la calle hasta entrada la madrugada cuando jovenes ruidosos pasan por la calle haciendo mucho ruido. No conseguimos conectar la calefaccion y los mandos de tv no respondian bien, faltaba gel de baño y la comunicacion a cierta hora era nula, llame varias veces por la tarde pada consultar y nadie cogio el telefono. Me lo pensare antes de volver.
