“The room is a suite with a kitchen, nice and clean, and affordable. Staff is very nice. We arrived early due to train cancellation by Renfe. We were able to store one backpack there so we could start touring the city before checking in. High-end feeling for sure. Cleaning is offered upon request, but it is not clear if they would charge for that and what is the extra to pay. So try to keep the room tidy if you want to enjoy the whole stay. ”

“Good communications on how to get to apartment. Access for garage. Cozy, well laid out apartment, with all we needed. We walked every where from apartment. Convenient location for visiting old part of town. Good instruction folder. Carefour express near by.”

“The way up by car is not for the faint hearted. Read the instructions clearly or you may come across serious problems. Once you get there, the parking is great. Hotel has an excellent location, and you can basically walk everywhere around the old part of town. Walking to Alhambra is doable but we took the bus and we were glad we did. Reception lady is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are spotless with thick, fresh towels in the bathrooms. Great experience overall.”

“This place is amazing—very new, clean, and beautifully furnished. The owners are incredibly welcoming and generous. We requested early check-in and late check-out, and they not only accommodated us but also upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment at no extra charge. The location is excellent—very close to the city center, markets, and just a 20-minute walk to the Alhambra Palace. Beautiful city and beautiful people!”

“The staff Javier is very helpful. We check in earlier and can enjoy more time in Granada. The hotel location is very good. The 2-bedroom apartment is clean and living room is nice. Just a minor suggestion is to provide a chair in the room. ”

“Reconozco la atención por whatsapp, todas las indicaciones para llegar fueron muy claras y respondían con rapidez. La ubicación del lugar es buena y nos quedamos solo una noche pero la experiencia no fue la mejor. Había muy mal olor en el apartamento proveniente de las cañerías del baño. Apenas hicimos uso del lavamanos el olor empeoró considerablemente. Hacía frío pero tuvimos que abrir las ventanas porque el olor era insoportable. Éramos 3 personas en un apartamento de una habitación,……
