"Perfect little casita for a quiet stay in Roatán. The location is perfect, easy to get to all areas and be away from them when a little rest and relaxation is needed. Diving (Blue Island Divers) is easily accesible from this location. Conrad was extremely helpful with all aspects of our vacation there. "A group of 10 us has the most wonderful time here! Communication with Jerri was the best I’ve ever had with any host both before and during the trip. Mabel and George, the house managers, were able to accommodate our every need and were always available. Mabel made dinner one night too and it was the best meal we had the whole time we were there! "Both Conrad and Maritza were quick to remedy an issue with the bbq. The screened patio was very nice. It was like sitting in a tropical garden while watching birds, lizards and agoutis. "Me and my Husband had such a great stay at the Jolly Octopus house! The view is literally worth everything. You are literally 5 steps from the beach. I appreciate the new sliding doors that were installed so you can see out to the ocean. Conrad and Dwayne were amazing hosts. I recommend to book with Conrad 100% if you are visiting the island. "The young lady working the front desk was super! My check in was great and since my flight was cancelled that day and was not scheduled until later the next day the hotel agreed to give me a late check-out which is very much appreciated. My room was on the ground floor of a motel style building. The room was very clean and comfortable with a 60 inch smart tv! The fridge was stocked with 2 big bottles of water which was also very much appreciated. The restaurant served excellent meals. If there were any cons to the property it would be the welding/machine shop across the road which was noisy in the morning. The pool was very small with only a few lounge chairs available. All and all it wasn't big and fancy but it was very adequate for a short stay. "
