「Despite the terrible weather in Roatan for our trip, Turquoise Bay was an excellent resort. We were contacted in advance of our arrival by the hotel asking if we need a shuttle in, and upon arriving we were greeted by lovely guest reception. 「When we arrived there were no rooms available, even though we had a prepaid guarenteed reservation through Orbitz, and we were turned away. When we requested a refund via Orbitz it was denied. We were out aproximately $100 for the room and $25 for a taxi to another hotel. The only positive was that the Hotel clerk did help us find another hotel. I chated with and Orbitz agen for about 15 - 20 minutes who was virtually no help at all. 」
