“Hidden gem! Tastefully decorated, has everything you need and more. Clean, cozy, comfortable for a small family or a couple. We wanted to spend Christmas away from home and Martin’s Cabin was a home away from home inside and outside. We even had a nice Christmas tree waiting for us upon arrival. The pictures reflect exactly what the house looks like inside and out. Cozy home with a nice fireplace and a deck with lights, plenty of furniture and various BBQ grills. “Pleasent stay”

“Beautiful property and an amazing 1st visit to the national forest. We will definitely be back for a stay in warm weather to hike more trails. The snow made the area really magical as there were hardly any other people around while we hiked the area. My kids loved sledding in the little hills in the yard. My husband and I appreciated the attention to detail in the cabin. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully curated for travelers.”

“A nice little cabin in a nice neighborhood. It has all the necessary amenities for a quick get away in the woods. Perfect place if you are wanting to have fun in the snow during winter. The host is extremely friendly, responsive and accommodating. We are definitely going to re-consider this place for our next visit to Alta Sierra.”

“I usually travel with my best friend for my birthday weekend this year I wanted to make it a family trip to make memories with the grandbabies. This was a perfect place to do this. It is located at the top of the mountain so the view is amazing. Their is a game room that the grandbabies and all of us loved. Sunsets are amazing and the people around are so friendly. This I would say was the best trip and I'm excited to do it agian and we plan on booking this same cabin. Absolutely love this place”

“The cabin is super cozy, the location is ridiculous, you can see three giant sequoias from in the house, you can hike to the fifth biggest tree in the world from the house, and Maggie is an amazing host.”
