「This is our second stay. The cabin / trailer we stayed in had everything we needed. Add, the Avila Beach area location is/was a perfect travel balance for our day trips to Santa Barbara and San Simeon, in addition to exploring the Pismo / Avila areas. Reception staff make check in and check out a breeze. Overall, a great stay! 」

We did not get to enjoy the hot tub as we missed in the listing that there is an additional charge. The hosts were very easy to reach and super helpful! Would reccomend!」

「We had such a wonderful mid-week stay. We brought our dog, who absolutely loved running around. We used it as writing retreat and cooked a lot of the meals in the kitchen. 「The place was beautiful but there was a couple things I wanted to call out about the service. Price was falsely advertised but I don't think this was the hosts fault, this falls strictly on VRBO and they did not care to do anything about it. We had a really late check in so were only there for 12 hours and none of the TVs worked and we tried to troubleshoot and it was no help and too late. They did not give us access to the garage as promised either and there were NO towels in the bathrooms. The...
