「This place was so nice and cozy, i would say better than the pictures even. Fireplaces upstairs and downstairs were a hit, and it was super quiet at nice. A great place to get away and rest. We even extended our stay and had them deliver more firewood it was so nice. I would gladly return, or at least see what else Cool Cabins has to offer. Close to the lake and shops nearby, but away from traffic and backs onto the forest. Whats not to like?」

「It was very clean! Full fridge, heating/AC was very easy to navigate. They provided soap and a sample of shampoo and conditioner. I wouldn’t say these were negatives just more annoyances that’s why I still give them 5 stars - the handle for the shower kept slipping off so it was hard to maneuver the hot and cold and turning on and off, the shower liner was rusted and stained and the shower head was built up with timescale so the water pressure was low. The TV remote in bedroom didn’t work, so...

「It was good, but there were definitely some bad impressions. Once we booked via Expedia, we were sent a link to a lengthy check-in contract. We learned upon arrival that we were required to take out the trash, and the drop-off location is 15 minutes from the property! That's ridiculous. We have been to Big Bear many times and have stayed at various vacation rentals; we have never been required to take out our own trash. For the price and all the caveats, I am not sure I can recommend.」
