"This inn was wonderful to stay at. It’s an excellent and highly affordable option if you just need somewhere to crash for a few days while you explore different parts of California. It was very quiet and I felt safe at all points during my stay. The hotel staff was kind and the employees clean the rooms when you leave. If you don’t want them to clean you leave the magnet on the door on the outside. Overall it was a wonderful option; I highly recommend. "

"Our receptionist was very dry and unwelcoming, not friendly at all. Did not smile once. We waiting in line to check in for about 8 minutes as there was only one clerk. A 2nd line started forming as it was confusing to see where the line started.Then a 2nd clerk came in (the one I am referring to). She didn’t ask who was next and just took the other guest even though we were already waiting. It was fine it happens, but again, when she finally helped us she was very dry, not mean or rude, just not welcoming. My son even tried to break the ice because he asked if the decorations on the wall were lilies and she turned around and said “um, yeah”. No friendly conversation, no smile, just very dry. Maybe she was having a bad day, we all do. But it left a negative taste in our mouth. Luckily our stay was overall positive and fun. Pool was great. "
