"Staff very proffesionl and friendly, ckes room , our room had a belcony, coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave good size tv, love seat, desk, clean bathroom and makup lighting on separate switch "

"The room was clean and fairly large, but it was described as a boutique hotel and it was far from that. It was an old rodeway motel and that is really what it was. I would not stay again."

"Close to everything, the breakfast was great, the room didn't have any smoke smell and was super comfortable. Really helpful staff too. Ill stay there again for sure"

"Cons: No receptionist. Stayed in room 6 which is next to the bar. Super noisy. Pros: big, beautiful, clean room. I loved the room, but will not be going back because I don't like going to a hotel without a receptionist. It's a cold vibe. "

"The boutique showed up as cat friendly on my web search. I was traveling with my cat so excitedly booked. Once I finalized the payment I got an email which highlighted the property is not pet friendly and to please not bring pets. I quickly called to cancel but wasn’t able to get through to any staff. I called a few times over the next couple days- only to find out the staff is truly not available. I received emails about “we’re excited to see you” to which I’d reply “hi please help me cancel, I have my pet with me I can’t stay with you” of course I’d get no response. Really frustrating that the staff is MIA. Not sure if the company has listed themselves as pet friendly on their Business Profile or it was a fluke- but either way they should remain available to assist with reservations. Didn’t stay, paid for it though!"

"The Artist Penthouse is truly a hidden gem! The views of the ocean and San Clemente are absolutely gorgeous—especially at sunset. The space is also filled with beautiful wall art created by the host, which gives it a unique and personal touch.Lisa and Russell went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home; they are some of the nicest hosts I’ve ever encountered.The penthouse is very well equipped for a long, comfortable stay, and the kitchen has everything you need if you enjoy cooking.Highly recommended!"
