"The towels in our room didn’t appear clean, which was concerning right away. We also booked expecting the advertised spring promotion with free parking, but that offer wasn’t honored during our stay. The overall condition of the property was very run down. The carpet in the walkways leading to the rooms is coming up from the floor and feels like a tripping hazard. Inside the room, everything felt outdated and poorly maintained—some of the wood flooring was coming apart and even patched with duct tape, which looked very unprofessional, especially for what was supposed to be one of their best room options."

Beautiful property, large clean rooms, tasty free breakfast, amazing pool and so services. I had the best massage of my life. Right across from Victoria beach. "Great location above a beach with easy stair access to the sand and terraced areas to sit and enjoy the view. Staff was very friendly (shout out to Tyson at the front desk and Gabe, the valet!). My room (519 above reception) has recently been remodeled and has a partial ocean view. A bit of street noise from PCH will affect sleep if you keep a window open. Some rooms are apparently not renovated. Friends staying in 308 reported at outdated bathroom. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good value for the money in an expensive area. "
