"The property was ideally located close to the beach. It was nicely renovated and had lots of amenities. My only criticism was having to pay for a washer and dryer. Everything else was fabulous!!"

"We were initially worried about the location on the main road in San Clemente but it was actually quite quiet at night and with the bedroom window closed we didn’t hear anything. The benefit was that it was so nice to walk out onto the street and have everything within a short walk- coffee, shops and restaurants. The unit is well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Location was great with outstanding walkability to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Place seemed clean and the outside rooftop was a great space. Keeping from 5 stars was tv was very old and offered limited streaming options. Washing machine only…no dryer. "

The bikes and beach accessories were easy to access and in great condition, and the unit itself had everything we needed. On top of that, the views were incredible. Somehow, some way, I have to make it back here."

"We were visiting SC for a wedding and this home was perfect for my family of four. Beautiful beach home with all of the amenities. We didn't cook, but was impressed with the well stocked kitchen. It was nice to be steps away from downtown which had stores, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Short walk downhill to the beach, pier and beach trail. Had great communication with the host. Will definitely be back!"

"This place was wonderful for my husband and I. Clean, beyond quiet, and we enjoyed the balcony at 6am when the rest of life still seemed to be asleep, at 3pm basking in the sun, or in the evening watching surfers and the business of life. The walk to the beach just down the street was great and being able to hear the waves from home was the sugar on top. Thank you for a great stay."
