"The room was very clean and staff were very attentive and courteous! We had everything we needed! Shower was the best!!"

"Rooms are very dated and smell really bad. You can’t adjust the thermostat at all it won’t work so the room feels very stuffy. The beds are very noisy & uncomfortable. The pullout is unsleepable. You can feel all the springs in your back . The bathroom is super tiny. The worst part of it all was that when you’re showering the water will turn scalding hot or freezing cold just randomly out of nowhere so you’re not expecting it and it just gets you without warning. Very dangerous someone could easily end up with serious burns because of how hot the water came out. So be careful especially with little kids. The breakfast omelettes were good but they didn’t offer very much variety of other options. Honestly very limited food options compared to other embassy suites I’ve stayed at. To be honest this doesn’t feel like any Embassy I’ve ever stayed at . This embassy should be completely closed until a FULL REMODEL is done embassy suites should be embarrassed to have this location open in these conditions."
