“We had the most amazing time!! We had swimming holes up and down stream!! Up stream was deeper for and better for my teen kids! We fished, kayaked and swam everyday we were there! Me and my husband loved the little coffee bar also! Got up and drank coffee on the outside deck by the river and seen some deer! It’s a beautiful place! We all slept very comfortably also!! (Pic was taken about a mile upstream when we kayaked down from mile marker 19) ”

“Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. “We have been visiting The Frio for years! We have never been happier with a stay like Cabana Sol! Check in was a breeze! The house was clean as can be! “We loved the cabin. Plenty of shade and trees to hang a swing and hammock from. Had so many activity items like corn hole, big jenga blocks, uno cards, and dominoes (to name a few).
