Great cabin

Such a cute, comfortable cabin. It was perfect for our overnight stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Owner was great to work with. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Getaway!!!

We had never visited Leaky, and we were pleasantly surprised by how cute the town is! We were even more impressed with our cabin! It's in the perfect location, exceptionally clean, modern yet quaint, and very comfortable. Brad, the owner, was very responsive to our communication. We look forward to heading back next month!

The place is very cute and the area is quiet. My stepson really enjoyed the chickens and the wooden boat that was built for kids. The owner is super nice and quick to respond to questions. We were bummed we weren’t able to tube the river but the owner gave us a suggestion of a place to go to enjoy the river.

Leakey Out of the Way Spot

Nice little house out of the way and quiet but still two minutes from downtown. Unusual feature, chick coup with fresh eggs. We didn’t divulge in the eggs but did say Hi to all the hens.

Frio river trip

We had an absolutely incredible stay here. The house was amazing and super cozy. And close to all the restaurants. And beau was an incredible help and always answered quickly whenever we needed something.

Great get away!

Right there for the Three Twisted Sisters ride. Very cute and the Hens with eggs were an amazing touch!!! Such a cute cozy little cabin- absolutely a gem in Leakey! Owners were fast to respond with our questions!! Loved it!

Weekend Stay!

A quaint little cabin off the beaten path. Very simple and spacious with plenty of sleeping space. Our family really enjoyed the front porch with the benches, with plenty of room and shade! Our girls absolutely loved the fact they could go and get there own eggs from the coop! This is definitely going to be the cabin for us for years to come!

Our stay started off on the wrong foot when we were directed to and given the wrong cabin. No verification of who we were, just gave us the code to another couples cabin. Then we noticed oddities like an uncomfortable platform toilet? No shower curtain? Then worst of all, someone unlocked our cabin while my wife was showering. Lack of security and trust. The place is fine for what it is, but will not stay here again.
