「Uvalde cabin was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kiddos. I loved that it was so close to the Frio, Garner and Lost Maples. Cassie was quick to respond to any questions. The associate at the Whiskey Mountain store was helpful with local recommendations AND thankfully available to jump our car the morning of checkout! The property was fun to explore and peaceful. Overall, Uvalde side cabin was a great place to rest between our Adventures!」

「Communication was great we had concerns about the river flooding. Our host was quick to communicate and advise us everything was safe to travel. Upon arrival the cabin first smelt so clean, second appeared clean as well. Wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. Bed was super comfy and the AC couldn’t have been more perfect. Was so frikin cold. Loved it. Went for a run Saturday morning during our stay the views were great. Highly recommend Happy Hollow, and Taqueria San Juan and Frio Coffee. We...

「Great cabin, close to everything we wanted to do. We hung out around the fire pit and looked at the stars. Our host gave suggestions for places to go, and they were perfect for us and the dog. Took home fresh eggs from the chicken coop on the property. It was a wonderful stay, And absolutely would stay there again.」

「Great intimate clean cabin. Close to Garner State Park.」

「Great place to stay clean and private enough to feel loved me no one else around and at the same time if need help or have a problem someone right there for you loved it 」

「Perfect location with great amenities! The cabin was so spacious and easily accommodated 6 guests (although we were only one couple). The general store onsite made our trip so easy, and we really enjoyed the free range chickens! We would absolutely recommend this location for your stay at the Frio in Concan!」

「It was amazing so beautiful and peaceful」

「We had a wonderful time - Utopia is a treasure for those who want a quiet getaway.」

「Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Id suggest brining food as closest HEB or groc store is 1hr 15min away. They have a nice waterhole to check out outdoor games for kids. We went end of June and was hot but had nice breeze...
