「Ho prenotato all’ultimo minuto e devo dire di essere rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa. La casa è grande, ben curata, accogliente e pulita. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche una bottiglia di vino sul tavolo a darci il benvenuto. L’host Stefania è molto gentile, ha tenuto a ridarci il costo previsto per l’aria condizionata, visto che in questo periodo non viene utilizzata. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e si raggiunge facilmente Roma. Tornerò sicuramente!」

「Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. 「We had a lovely time with our family (2 adults, 6 children) for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed the premises which is completely closed-off with an electric fence, very safe for kids and dogs. We also very much enjoyed the swimming pool, which is located in the large garden. "We had a Privilege, Double Room. Like: - The bed was sizable and comfortable for 2 persons - Toilet was ok sized - Room size was pretty sizable too - The roof top pool had amazing view and good for cooldown during summer heat - bar up at roof was reasonably priced too - close to colosseum within 5-10 mins walk Did not like: - hotel is a bit dated interior - the windows are incredibly small so the room was quite dark overall - a lot of amenities were very basic, including cups for drinking and brushing teeth are paper cups - not a cheap hotel price wise No comment: - did not try the food So overall I think the hotel is ok but if we had more time to search we may look for another one. "
