“A wonderful area and a tastefully furnished house. Pool with a superb view. ”

“The house is spacious however it’s really lacking in some really important things: - the powder room was absolutely unusable and smelling of mould as they use it store the mop bucket which could easily be kept in the massive garden space outside. Everytime we needed to use a toilet we would have to go to someone’s en-suite on the first or second floor of the house which was inconvenient as we had a child and grandparents with us. - they didn’t give us a dishwashing sponge and when asked simply……

“Our stay at Loredana’s home was wonderful from start to finish. The property was immaculate, and the gardens and pool area were equally pristine and beautifully maintained.Loredana welcomed us with a generous basket of Italian wine, biscuits, sweets, crisps and other treats, which was a lovely touch and made us feel at home immediately. The home is on the ground floor, with Loredana and her parents living in the magnificent villa above. Far from being a drawback, having our hosts nearby was……

“Beautiful Historic home… near great restaurants and the Vatican. A little steep to get to with luggage and our taxi would not go up the winding street. Check in was easy except hard to get into the room since the doorknob wasn’t working well. David responded quickly to any of our concerns. He gave a background on the house and recommended a great dinner place! It was pricey for one night … would have been more worth it if we had a few days there! Loved the back courtyard!”

“La casa stupenda tutta ristrutturata ,ero già stata qui ma non avevano ristrutturato, ora si che con il massimo dei voti ,ottimo lavoro ragazzi .”

“Superb place for a family gathering/wedding. Extremely well organised and managed. Please don’t book too often as we really want to go there again.”

“This was on the high side for our budget, but so worth it. This home has such charm and character. The amenities are fabulous. We loved using the sauna at the end of the day. The kid bedroom is fantastic! And we kept the hot tub cold as it was refreshing in the heat of the day. We loved being able to ride bikes around the neighborhood because it’s huge and unique area. The hosts were very knowledgeable and helpful. We would absolutely come back.”

“This huge elegant house is a remarkable place to stay, the opposite of a bland holiday villa, it has cool marble floors & frescoes but somehow doesn’t take itself too seriously. We have 8 children between ages 2 to 16 and we were swallowed up in the massive rooms. All of the children enjoyed it: the pool, the massive basement playroom and billiard table, the great stone fireplace where we lit a fire one cooler evening in October. The host Lucia was extremely kind to us although we arrived very……
