“I’ll start with the pros - great location, large rooms, very comfortable beds and excellent communication. The cons - no kettle provided (I was told to boil water in a saucepan to make a cup of tea), no shampoo or any other amenities provided (apart from hand soap) and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people staying 3 nights (but more was delivered when I asked for it), coffee machine didn’t work (or maybe we couldn’t work it out). What to be aware of - there are 3 bedrooms but only one has a……

“- Sehr gute und einfache Kommunikation mit Francesca- Wohnung wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen, für vier (große) Erwachsene etwas zu klein, v.a. die Betten - sehr sauber, alles Notwendige vorhanden- sehr ruhige Lage, trotzdem sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, nah zu Metro und Bus (10 min bis Termini)- Restaurants, Cafés und Läden des täglichen Bedarfs in Fussnähe”

“Alles war fantastisch! Das Haus ist schön und gemütlich, der Garten ist wunderschön! Die Lage ist perfekt: außerhalb des touristischen Trubels und durch die Nähe zur U-Bahn ist man trotzdem schnell im Zentrum. Wir haben ein sehr schönes authentisches Cafe und ein super Fischrestaurant in der Nähe gefunden. Martina ist ein super Host! Sie hat uns freundlicherweise erlaubt, unser Gepäck vor dem Einchecken und nach dem Auschecken im Haus zu lassen, was wirklich eine große Hilfe für uns war. Wir……

“1. There was no instructions on how to get to the “suite”. No address and no instructions on how to access the room. 2. Host took awhile to answer. She blamed the website for not providing information. 3. It’s a shared suite!! Didn’t see that when I booked it. 4. Our room wasn’t ready, host had me looking at all the rooms so see which one was available. 5. Restroom shower was leaking. There was water all over the floor. 6. Toilet paper rolls were dirty.”

“We particularly enjoyed the location of the property, as we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Within steps out the door, there are coffee shops and restaurants, and we made use of the very nearby grocery store for supplies for happy hours on the rooftop patio, which was fantastic. Communication with the property manager was especially good, My messages were answered very quickly and check-in was easy to complete.”

“The property is a real gem. It is exquisitely decorated with antiques but also with modern conveniences. The beds were very comfortable and the AC was a blessing with the 36 C heat of Rome. The apartment is ideally located a short walk from the Colloseum and Domus Area. Andrea was very helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer.”

“Casa molto accogliente e arredata a gusto nei minimi particolari Dettagli molto curati e dotata di ogni comfort. C'è davvero tutto. Dalla biancheria al caffè al cioccolatino alla spugna dei piatti. Unica pecca è che essendo proprio sulla strada si sentono i rumori dei viandanti. Va beh ci si sveglia presto la mattina, nessun problema. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura per un romantico soggiorno nella città eterna ”
