“Beautiful home in a quiet, peaceful location with gorgeous views. It's a bit far from any major city, which required renting a car (not a fan of driving in Italy), but leaving the busy cities and returning there to relax at the end of the day in a hot tub overlooking the sea was definitely worth it. “We really enjoyed our stay in the Rome apartment! It was a great place to recover from long days of sightseeing, a spacious and comfortable home to return to. Lots of room for our family of five plus a baby. Our bed was super comfortable, and Maria was kind enough to find us a baby cot for our little grandson to sleep in. The neighborhood is ideal, lots of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, and the Villa Pamphilij park is just around the corner if you yearn for a green……

“Terrific location for a large family gathering - kids loved the pool and the tennis court, adults loved the space and quiet. Train station 15 minutes away got us to the centre of Rome in an hour. Roberto was a responsive and welcoming host.”

Dazu trug im Wesentlichen die freundliche, unkomplizierte und aufgeschlossene Art des Vermieters bei. Gherardo hat uns auch in dieser Woche mit zahlreichen Informationen was Zugverbindungen, Wanderrouten und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung von Sacrofano versorgt. Die Wohnung entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen, war sauber und sehr gut……

“Meravigliosa struttura immersa nel verde. Arredamento curato nei minimi particolari e solidale con l´atmosfera d´altri tempi che si respira passeggiando anche nei rigogliosi giardini. La residenza che viene affittata e´adiacente alla casa patronale (non abitata) e al casale in cui vive la famiglia dei custodi (estremamente gentili ma che tuttavia non garantiscono di essere gli unici occupanti della struttura durante il soggiorno, soprattutto in giardino) La struttura merita sicuramente una……

“My husband and I were married at Villa Clodia with 19 guests. The property manager arranged our wedding day perfectly - from the decor, the food, to the amazing staff. All of our guests say that it was one of the best weddings, and I have to agree. Our group stayed for three days in 11 bedrooms, nobody had complaints. If you are thinking of getting married or having an event in Italy, choose this place as you won't regret your decision.”

“Im sehr warmen Juli waren wir eine Woche in Rom. Das Reihenhaus liegt für Familien, mit eigenem Auto, in einer ruhigen und soliden Wohngegend perfekt. Zu erwähnen ist ein geräumiger Außenspielplatz nur für Anwohner. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt.. Der Strand ist per Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen und das Colloseum in 40 Minuten. Das Haus mit Holzmöbeln eingerichtet ist geräumig und besitzt mehrere Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Waschmaschine und Klimaanlagen sind vorhanden. Die……

“Large villa with spacious dining and sitting areas. Good five bedrooms with bathrooms. Extensive grounds round the house with dining area under a beautiful pergola. Superb swimming pool. We had a great weeks holiday with 4 couples and 4 small children. We cooked every night for ourselves. Enough room for everybody to be able to relax. Good contact with the owners.”

“This is a unique place to stay when site seeing in Italy. The chance to combine a recreational beach vacation with tourism is rare. Our hostess and her staff were particularly accommodating with helpful recommendations to assist with our interest in traditional tourism and access to points of interest rarely seen. We as a family highly recommend this villa for any age traveler.”

“Nous etions plus de 20 répartis dans 3 maisons différentes par leur emplacement et leur confort. Un lieu plein de charme , sorte de veranda, le Cocoon, nous rassemblait le soir pour y diner tous ensemble . Possibilite d’avoir une cuisiniere qui prend tout en charge... Tres beau et très grand parc..., avec piscine. Grand espace de jeu et de repos dehors.... Nous avions loué des autos à l’aéroport pour aller prendre le train à une gare proche... train tres frequent qui arrive à Flaminia, place……

Stefania was an excellent host from start to finish, going above an beyond helping us to organise taxis on multiple occasions and offering advice on nearby restaurants and train stations. Will definitely be back!”
