Enjoyable stay at Villa Sedes

We travelled as a family of 6. All adults. A car was needed and what we expected as we wanted a relaxing week away, but was easy to travel to other areas. The villa was as shown in photos and we all enjoyed our time there and if you want a relaxing time, I would recommend a stay here. I think at least one more parasol around pool as one was just not enough to have shade if we all sat out. The porch for outside eating was welcome though

Wunderschöne Finca

Can Sedes ist eine sehr schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist toll und die frischen Zitronen und Orangen aus dem Garten sind der Hammer. Die Betreuung durch Owlbooking war sehr professionell. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Hab ich schon per Mail geschrieben.

A wonderful countryside retreat!

The location was idyllic and the house is exactly as advertised. Lovely pool area and outside terrace for dining al fresco. Good kitchen facilities. Way too much chlorine in the pool (three tabs were used instead of just one). Not enough instruction is provided as to where / how to dispose of rubbish. More details and opening hours of the nearest recycling point would be helpful. The aircon needs to come on earlier in the evening to allow for people to get ready to go out.

Quelle belle surprise ! Une très jolie maison dans un havre de paix. Pour notre premier séjour nous n'avons pas été déçus. Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs sont grands et propres. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pour des vacances tranquilles. Bien sur il est necessaire d'avoir un vehicule mais nous recherchions le calme. De la réservation à notre départ tout a été parfait et owl booking à toujours répondu à nos questions. Merci à eux. Nous reviendrons certainement.

super holiday time in Mallorca

The nature, the quietness, the swimming pool, the house. It will be nice that the street that goes to the house will be a paved road. The welcome basket is nice, but some things not really practical (or enough) if you are staying for 2 weeks. I think is beter to save the money of the welcome basket and invest that money in common products like: big bottle of soap to clean the dishes, big bottle of olive oil for everybody, kitchen paper, soap to clean the hands in the kitchen, soap for the washmachine, bags for the garbage...

Séjour parfait

Nous avons pu rentrer vers midi dans le logement ce qui nous arrangeait car nous étions arrivés sur l'île par bateau à 8h30. Très bon échange avec les gérants. Belle surprise à notre arrivée, un panier garni était offert. Chambres confortables avec clim et suffisamment de rangement. Couverts suffisants pour 6 personnes. Belle piscine, toute la journée au soleil et bien entretenue. Peut-être prévoir une épuisette un peu plus longue et réparer le pied du parasol (manque une vis pour bloquer le parasol en cas de vent) car le premier jour il s'est envolé et a failli blesser une personne. Prévoir également une clé pour fermer la salle de bain. Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas régler la climatisation comme on le souhaite, même si je comprends que c'est pour une question d'économie. Les draps et serviettes ont été changés 4 jours après notre arrivée ainsi que les salles de bain nettoyées, chose que nous avons bien apprécié mais nous n'avons pas compris pourquoi venir aussi tôt après notre arrivée et ne plus revenir jusqu'à notre départ. Il manquait un balai ou un aspirateur et nous n'avons pas pu faire le ménage avant de partir. Nous étions désolés de laisser la maison dans cet état. Les gérants ont été prévenus et devait laisser un balai pour les locataires suivants. Les derniers 200m pour arriver à la maison sont très chaotiques !! Mais dans l'ensemble, très bon séjour et emplacement parfait pour visiter l'île. Je recommande.
