"Great hotel, staff and underground parking! My friend and I stayed over for a concert. This location is convenient for those heading over to TD Coliseum. There's a lot of restaurants and bars nearby since it's located near McMasters University The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. "

"We had an excellent stay. The hotel is very clean & everyone is very friendly. We used the gym & pool and both were very clean. We also had breakfast and it was really good. They had a variety of options - waffles, hard boiled eggs, an egg wrap, toast, potatoes, sausage rounds, croissants, fruit, yogurt, juice. I'd highly recommend this hotel! There aren't many hotels that provide free parking and free breakfast anymore."
