「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「C’est un hôtel qui propose des appartements, assez proche du centre ville. Nous y avons passé 1 nuit en escale et tout s’est bien passé. Les plus : personnel sympathique, parking fermé gratuit, climatisation, appartement très spacieux, Aldi juste à côté pour faire quelques courses pour le petit dejeuner, pas trop loin du centre historique (20 mn à pied ?) Les moins : strict minimum dans l’appartement un peu vieillot (pas de café ni torchon ni produit vaisselle…), matelas très très durs (mais...

「This property had everything we needed for our quick visit to Verona. It was walkable from the train station and there was a nice bakery a short walk away where we were able to get breakfast. We especially enjoyed the coffee machine (Keurig style) complete with pods so we could have a coffee before leaving our room in the morning!」
