「A gorgeous hotel, staff are amazing particularly the front desk gentleman..so helpful..it's just a fabulous place to stay」

「Excellent.」

「Excelente servicio del personal, principalmente de recepción」

「Very nice hotel and in a good location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. The cons for us was with air circulation, the room felt very stuffy. Also the bed matrass was somewhat hard and was a bit uncomfortable. These issues were not deal breakers because we were hardly in the room, however important enough to note. Overall, like I said it was a nice hotel and would definitely be considered if we ever return to Jerez.」

「Lovely hotel, central to everything. Helpful staff - Pablo at check in was very helpful and friendly.」

「very bad. Book this hostel from Hotel.com, be especially careful. October 28, 2015, we booked accommodation from Hotel.com. Orders included dinner that night and breakfast the next day. We arrived at the hotel. Hotel staff told us the order only accommodation, meals not included. Asked him to check with Hotel.com. They have confirmed reservation system is wrong, but we still insist on not offer breakfast and dinner. Originally been planned good trip all been disrupted. Travel to the area, the...

「Todo estuvo muy bueno.」

「An excellent apartment with good quality features. Laundry on site. Excellent staff. Super location to visit the old town. Tricky drive in to unload, then packed the car for the rest of our stay.」

「This was a great place near (walking distance from) the city town of Jerez. It was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The A/C worked excellent and the front desk representative was very helpful. The only reason I didn't give it a complete 5 stars was because we didn't receive the check-in instructions until the day of arrival and we had to input all our information and guest passport information which was a bit much since we were a large group and had rented two rooms prior to...
